What does Constel Collective do?
We help creators grow and help small and mid-size businesses get seen. That means ads and campaign management, matching brands with the right creators, brand scaling, social media management, and 1 on 1 consulting.
Who do you work with?
Creators of every size on TikTok and Instagram, and businesses from early startups to established mid-size companies. If you have real potential and you are willing to put in the work, we want to talk.
How much does a brand campaign cost?
Campaigns start at $350. Bigger or ongoing work is quoted after a short call, in writing, before anything begins. You will always know what you are paying and what it covers.
How do creators pay you?
No upfront fees. We earn a commission on the deals we bring you, usually 15 to 20 percent depending on the work involved, and the exact number is agreed in writing before you sign.
Is creator management exclusive?
Yes. Exclusive management lets us negotiate for you without crossed wires or competing offers, and it means we are fully accountable for your deals.
Do you handle FTC disclosure?
Yes. Every sponsored post we manage is clearly labeled as a paid partnership. It protects the creator, the brand, and the audience's trust.
You are new. Why should I trust you?
Fair question, and we will not dress it up. We are building our first case studies right now. That is why founding partners get a discounted first campaign, why every fee is in writing, and why we answer every message ourselves.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. We work fully online, so where you are located does not matter.
Is there anything you will not promote?
We will not promote anything illegal or harmful. Beyond that, we look at each business and creator to make sure the fit is right for everyone, including the audience.
Do you offer referral bonuses?
Yes. Send a creator or business our way, and if they sign on for a package, you get a referral bonus.
How do I get started?
