Constel Collective started with a simple frustration: wanting to grow online and having nowhere to turn.
Rae wanted to be a creator. There was no playbook, no manager, and no one to give a straight answer. Just a lot of guessing about why everyone else seemed to be growing while the account stood still. The moment that settled it was trying to land a brand deal and not knowing where to even look.
Constel Collective exists so creators and small businesses do not have to rely on luck. We connect them to real opportunities, run the ads they do not have time to learn, and stay with them long after the first deal.
Why the name
A constellation is a group of stars that means more together than apart. Every creator and business we work with is a star. Our job is to draw the lines that connect them into something bigger.
What we will not do
Too many agencies forget their values once the money starts flowing, and too many managers stop making time for the people they represent. We put fees in writing, tell you the truth about your numbers, and pick up the phone. If a deal is bad for you, it is bad for us.
